11/28/2011 · on the top of the steer box there is a nut with either a screw or a square fitting through the middle of it. you can access it through the inner guard as well. from memory crack the 2 of them and tighten the inner one up about a 1/4 of a turn and then lock it off with the large one. you only need to tighten the small fitting a little bit. repeat if neccessary.
